  • How do I know that my order is confirmed?
    Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you haven't received the order confirmation in your inbox, you might want to check your spam or trash folder. If you still don't find the email, do not hesitate to write to us at theartlandpune@gmail.com
  • Can I change my order after placing it?
    You cannot add new products to an order that has already been placed, but you can always place a new order for the needed products.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a message with the shipment details. Along with the AWB and cargo number, it will also list the courier service's name. Your order can be followed up on at their website.
  • Can I cancel or return my order?
    No, we don't have a return policy for our products. About our return policy, you can read more.
  • Can I exchange my order?
    No, we do not have exchange policy. In case of any faulty or wrong product, please go through our store policies.
  • I have received broken/damaged products?
    On a case-by-case basis, any actual instances of damage, missing product(s), or incorrect delivery of the product(s), shall be taken into consideration. Within 24 hours after receiving the product, the consumer must bring the issue to our attention (s). Within 24 hours after delivery, all claims for shortages or damages must be submitted via email to theartlandpune@gmail.com along with relevant photographs or videos. The customer's complaint will not be taken into consideration if they fail to notify us of the situation within the allotted time frame (24 hours following delivery). 
  • I did not receive an item/received wrong item in my order?
    If any item is missing in the order, please send photographs or videos of the same along with your order number to janhaviarts.14@gmail.com within 24 hours after delivery. We'll be glad to help you with this. The customer's complaint will not be taken into consideration if they fail to notify us of the situation within the allotted time frame (24 hours following delivery).

  • What are the payment methods?
    The following payment methods are available for you to make payment: Credit/Debit card Net Banking Unified Payment Interface (UPI) Note: We do not accept cash on delivery.
  • Will the sold out items be restocked?
    Yes, we will be restocking all out of stock items. You can reach to us on theartlandpune@gmail.com if you would like to order anything urgently.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Dispatch Time: within 2-4 working days once the order is placed Delivery Timeline (Domestic): 3-10 business days (under regular circumstances) You can read more about our shipping policies.
  • Can I change my shipping details after placing the order?
    Please email us on theartlandpune@gmail.com with your order number and updated address/contact number. If your order is not dispatched, we will definitely do our best to help.
  • Will the sold out items be restocked?
    Yes, we will be restocking all out of stock items. You can reach to us on theartlandpune@gmail.com if you would like to order anything urgently.
  • Can you gift wrap my order?
    No, we do not offer gift wrapping. But we do not include the invoice in your order. A digital copy of the invoice shall be sent to you. Hence you can always gift your loved ones anything from our store, we won’t send them the bill along with their gift!
  • Do you accept bulk orders?

  • I would like to resell your products!
